A funeral will be held Saturday, September 29th, 2007 for 83-year-old Eleanor I. Carron of Ste. Genevieve who died today, Thursday, September 27th, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Crystal City.

She was born June 15th, 1924 in Bloomsdale, the daughter of Peter Zerwig and Mary Ann (Basler) Zerwig, who both preceded her in death.

She married Lloyd Carron on February 28th, 1944.

She is survived by four sons and daughters in law: Lloyd Jr. and Janet Carron and William and Patricia Carron, all of Bloomsdale, Elmo and Sandy Carron of Womack and Andy and Michelle Carron of Ste. Genevieve; two daughters and one son in law, Elvira Jaegers of Ste. Genevieve and Mary and Bill Fleeman of Bloomsdale; two brothers and sisters in law, Jerome and Bernadine Zerwig of Bloomsdale and Melvin and Laverne Zerwig of Zell; two sisters and a brother in law, Marita Viox of Ste. Genevieve and Rosemary and Wally Vandeventar of St. Louis; 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by a son, Arthur Carron; and four brothers, Floyd, Lester, Norbert and Henry Zerwig.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Friday, September 28th at the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.

A funeral for 83-year-old Eleanor I. Carron of Bloomsdale will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 29th at the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve. The Rev. Jeff Fleeman will officiate.

Burial will be at the Concord Cemetery in Bloomsdale
