A funeral will be held Monday, November 26th, 2007 for 86-year-old Adrian T. " Lem" Henderson of Ste. Genevieve, who died Wednesday, November 21st at St. Johns Mercy Medical Center in Creve Couer.

He was born January 12th, 1921 in Perry County, the son of Thomas and Trula (Rhyne) Henderson, who both preceded him in death.

He married Suzanna M. "Susie" Gremminger on December 21st, 1941. She survives in Ste. Genevieve.

He is also survived by a son and daughter in law, Jeffrey and Tammy Henderson of St. Charles; three daughters and sons in law, Adrianna and Jim Naeger of Festus, Lynne and Erik Decheemaeker of St. Charles, Illinois and Jane and John Mahar of Chesterfield; five brothers and four sisters in law, Robert and Dale Henderson of Farmington, Ernest and Christine Henderson of St. Charles, Thomas and Marjetta Henderson of Bloomsdale, Bill Henderson of St. Charles and Donald and Pat Henderson of Richardson, Texas; a sister and brother in law, Marjorie and Virgil Link of Reno, Nevada; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by a sister, Georgia Moore.

He was a retired firefighter with the Ste. Genevieve Fire Department after many years of service.

He was a member of American Legion Post No. 150, VFW Post No. 2210 and Ste. Genevieve Elks Lodge 2674.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Sunday, November 25th at the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.

A funeral for 86-year-old Adrian T. "Lem" Henderson of Ste. Genevieve will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, November 26th at the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve. Burial will be in the Valle Spring Cemetery. The Rev. Junie Ewing will officiate.

Memorials may be made to the St. Johns Mercy Medical Center or to First Presbyterian Church.
