A funeral will be held Wednesday, May 9th, 2007 for 64-year-old Galene D. Autry of Ste. Genevieve who died Saturday, May 5th at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Crystal City.

She was born June 29th, 1942 in St. Louis, the daughter of Alvin Filsinger, who survives in Ste. Genevieve and Jane (Ogle) Filsinger who preceded her in death.

She married William R. Autry on March 9th, 1963.

She is survived by two sons and a daughter in law, Rick and Regina Autry of Ste Genevieve and Bill Autry of Ste. Genevieve; three daughters and sons in law, Debbie and Steve Jones of Arnold, Vickie and Gary Beauchamp of Ste. Genevieve and Rhonda and Richard Watts of Brandon, Mississippi, a brother and sister in law, Alvin and Carol Filsinger of Imperial; 11 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

She was a member of Ste. Genevieve TOPS and the First Presbyterian Church. She loved playing bunco and bingo.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 8th at the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.

A funeral for 64-year-old Galene D. Autry of Ste. Genevieve will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 9th at the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve. The Rev. June Ewing will officiate.

Burial will be in the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks.
