A funeral will be held Monday, April 2nd, 2007 for 67-year-old Deloris J. (Hill) Bieser of Festus, who died Thursday, March 29th at Crystal City.

She was born June 22nd, 1939 in Batchtown, Illinois, the daughter of William O. and Geneva (Bell) Hill, who both preceded her in death.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph "Sonny" Bieser of Festus; three sons and two daughters in law, Mike and Joan Uding of Bloomsdale and Ken and Rhonda Uding of Festus and Ricky Bieser of Festus; three daughters and sons in law, Pam and Greg Billings of Ste. Genevieve, Chrissy and Danny Kent of Festus and Tammie and Allen Daniel of Bunker Hill, Illinois; a daughter and fiance Cindy Davison and Barry Vessell of De Soto; a brother and sister in law, Bill and Ann Hill of Ste. Genevieve; nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

She was a homemaker and avid gardener. She helped to bring joy to nursing homes, schools and families at Christmastime by being Santa’s helper (Mrs. Claus).

Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Sunday, April 1st at the Mahn Twin City Chapel in Festus.

A funeral for 67-year-old Deloris J. (Hill) Bieser of Festus will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, April 2nd at Our Lady Catholic Church, Festus. Burial will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Crystal City. The Rev. John Kerber will officiate.
