A funeral mass will be celebrated Thursday, July 26^th, 2007 for 79-year-old Mary Ann Grass of Ste. Genevieve, who died Monday, July 23^rd at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis.

She was born January 2, 1928 in Ste. Genevieve, the daughter of Henry and Mary Kay (Roth) Grass who both preceded her in death. She married Gilbert Grass on April 23, 1947 and he preceded her in death on March 24, 1970.

Survivors include three daughters, Diane Park of St. Louis and Mary Kay Foster and Cindy Williams both of Ste. Genevieve. Also surviving is one sister, Rosella Reusch of Florissant. Seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren also survive.

Her parents, husband, one son, five brothers and one sister preceded her in death.

She was a member of the American Legion and VFW Auxiliaries.

Friends are calling from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 25^th at the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve. The American Legion and VFW Auxiliaries will gather at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

A funeral mass for 79-year-old Mary Ann Grass will be celebrated Thursday, July 26^th at 10 a.m. at the Church of Ste, Genevieve with the Rev. Raymond Oge officiating.

Burial will be in the Valle Spring Cemetery in Ste. Genevieve.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
