A funeral was held today, Monday, July 2nd, 2007 for 96-year-old Eula M. Boland of Ste. Genevieve, who died Friday, June 29th at Riverview at the Park Care and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born February 23rd, 1911 in Minnith, the daughter of Fred and Mary Ellen (Evans) Counts, who both preceded her in death.

She married Gussie J. Boland on December 7th, 1933 in St. Louis. He preceded her in death.

She is survived by two sons and daughters in law: Jerry and Lila Boland of Ste. Genevieve and Glen and Zelda Boland of Gainsville; four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

She was also preceded in death by a sister, Roela Brewster.

She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

A funeral for 96-year-old Eula M. Boland of Ste. Genevieve was held at 10 a.m. today, Monday, July 2nd at the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve. Burial was in the Crestlawn Cemetery.
