A funeral service will be held Saturday, December 29, 2007 for 31-year-old James Joggerst of Ste. Genevieve who died Wednesday, December 26, 2007 at his home.

He was born October 24, 1976 in St. Louis, the son of Lester Joseph Joggerst who preceded him in death and Lisa (Meyer) Bates who survives in Ste. Genevieve.

He is also survived by his brother, Isaac Bates of Ste. Genevieve; a grandmother, Laverne Meyer of Ste, Genevieve; his stepfather Tad Bates of Ste. Genevieve and nieces Abigail Bates and Deandra Boland.

He was also preceded in death by grandparents, Lester and Lois Joggerst and grandfather, Leo Meyer.

He was a member of the Carpenters Union.

Visitation will be 1-5 p.m. Saturday, December 29, 2007 at the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.

A funeral service for James Joggerst will be Saturday, December 29, 2007 at 5 p.m. from the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.
