Jack Dale DeNike A memorial service will be held Thursday, December 27th, 2007 for 75-year-old Jack Dale DeNike of Bloomsdale who died Friday, December 21st at his residence. He was born January 8th, 1932 in St. Louis, the son of Norman and Violet (Thomas) DeNike, who both preceded him in death. He married Shirley Bay on January 8th, 1966 in St. Louis. He is survived by two children: Dale DeNike of Houston, Texas and Kelly DeNike of Bloomsdale; and two grandchildren, Jordan and DeLaney DeNike and a brother and sister in law, Mike and Frances DeNike of Miami Florida. A brother, Norman DeNike Jr, also preceded him in death. He was the proprietor of S and J Trailer Manufacturing for 20-plus years. He was a member of the Civil Air Patrol and was a U.S. Army Air Force veteran. He served in the National Guard during the Korean Conflict. Visitation will be noon Thursday, December 27th at the Wood Family Funeral Home. A memorial service for 75-year-old Jack D. DeNike will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, December 27th at the Wood Family Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to HospiceCare Inc. |
