A funeral will be held Saturday, October 21st, 2006 for 96-year-old Lucille S. Carron of Ste. Genevieve, formerly of Bloomsdale, who died Wednesday, October 18th at Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital.

She was born March 9, 1910, the daughter of Henry and Agatha (Baumann) Werner who both preceded her in death.

She married Marion Carron on June 15th, 1931. He preceded her in death.

She is survived by her children and their spouses: Melvin T. Carron of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Henry and Sandra Carron of Ste. Genevieve and Barbara and James Grein of Stafford, Texas; 13 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and many dear friends.

She was also preceded in death by a daughter: Mary Lou Tate; a sister: Theresa Kirchner; and three brothers: Edward Werner, Fred Werner and Welton Werner; and a daughter in law: Betty Carron.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. this (Friday) evening at the Wood Family Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.

A funeral mass for 96-year-old Lucille S. Carron of Ste. Genevieve, formerly of Bloomsdale, will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 21st at the St. Agnes Church in Bloomsdale. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The Rev. Raymond Oge will officiate.

Memorial may be made to masses or to St. Agnes Catholic Church.
