A funeral will be held Thursday, March 9th, 2006 for 72-year-old Lonnie L. Boyet of Ste. Genevieve, who died Monday, March 6th at St. Anthony's Medical Center in St. Louis.

He was born April 9th, 1933; the son of Lonnie R. and Flora L. "Hart" Boyet, both both preceded him in death.

He married Artimis "Ruth" Boyet, who survives in Ste. Genevieve.

He is also survived by his children and their spouses: Lee Ann and Wayne Kertz of Mountain View, Wyoming, John Boyet of Ste. Genevieve, Debbie and Don Wolk of Ste. Genevieve, Lisa Cassoutt of Ste. Genevieve, and Mary Lou and Calvin Williams of Ste. Genevieve; 11 grandchildren and their spouses: Georgia and Mike Schwartz of Ste. Genevieve, David and Timely Kertz of Lyman, Wyoming, Deanna and Justin Case of Lyman, Wyoming, Lonnie and Christina Wolk of Ste. Genevieve, Michael Kertz of Green River, Wyoming, Christina and Shannon Heberlie, Tony Joe Jokerst, Laura Wolk, Vincent Wolk, Kalin Cassoutt and Karie Cassoutt all of Ste. Genevieve; 12 great grandchildren; brothers and sisters and their spouses: Don and Ruth Ann Boyet of Coulterville, Illinois, Mary and Walter Bodecker of Tilden, Illinois, Georgia and Tom Weekley of Marissa, Illinois, Linda Burns of Tilden, Illinois; sisters in law: Evelyn Boyet and Diane Boyet; a brother in law: Terry Niemeir; nieces; nephews; great nieces and nephews; cousins and many dear friends.

He was also preceded in death by two sisters: Betty Hatley and Shelia Niemeir; three brothers: Jim Boyet, Doyle Boyet and Joe Boyet; and one great grandchildren, Stacie Lopez.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. this (Wednesday, March 8th) evening at the Wood Family Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.

A funeral for 72-year-old Lonnie L. Boyet of Ste. Genevieve will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 9th at the First Baptist Church in Ste. Genevieve. The Rev. Roger Faulkner will officiate.

Burial will be in the Crestlawn Cemetery.
