A funeral will be held Thursday, June 22nd, 2006 for 73-year-old Estelle Bauer of Ste. Genevieve, who died Monday, June 19th, 2006 at Missouri Baptist Hospital.

She was born September 24th, 1932 in Denver, TN, the daughter of William and Beulah (Forrest) Chappell. They preceded her in death.

She married Buster Brown, who preceded her in death.

She married William Spence, who preceded her in death.

She married William Bauer, who preceded her in death.

She is survived by five sons and two daughters in law, Gregory and Cindy Brown of Ste. Genevieve, Keith and Kim Brown of O’Fallon, Steven Brown of Sikeston, William Brown of Bloomsdale, B. Lynn Brown of St. Louis; three daughters and two sons in law, Janice Helms, Susan and Frank Schillinger, all of Ste. Genevieve, Cynthia and Bobby Nugent of Bloomsdale; a sister and brother in law, Dorothy and James Ross of Puxico; two brothers and sisters in law, Jimmy and Peggy Chappell of Sikeston, Bobby Joe and Thelma Chappell of Diehlstadt; 14 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Virginia Groves and Ann Curtis, and a brother, Buddy Chappell.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 21st at the Wood Family Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.

A funeral for 73-year-old Estelle Bauer of Ste. Genevieve will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 22nd, 2006 at the Wood Family Funeral Home. The Rev. Roger Faulkner will officiate.

Burial will follow in the I. O. O. F. Cemetery in Charleston.
