A funeral will be held Wednesday, April 26th, 2006 for 87-year-old Linus J. "Lee" Brischle of Villa Park, Illinois who died Wednesday, April 19th at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital in Elmhurst, Illinois.

He was born December 29th, 1918 in Weingarten, the son of August and Philomena (Grieshaber) Brischle, who both preceded him in death.

He married Irma Joggerst. She survives in Villa Park.

He is also survived by a daughter and son in law, Barbara and Mark Muehlhausen of Shaumburg, IL; a sister, Irma Joggerst of Weingarten; two sisters in law, Loretta Brischle of Weingarten and Hildagard Joggerst of River aux Vases; and two grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, August Brischle, and a brother in law, Elmo Joggerst.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.

A funeral for 87-year-old Linus J. "Lee" Brischle of Villa Park, Illinois will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 26th at the Sts. Philip and James Church in River aux Vases. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The Rev. William Wigand will officiate.
