Funeral Mass will be held Friday, December 30^th, 2005 for 92-year-old Georgia "Sis" Bequette of Crystal City, who died today (Thursday, December 29^th, 2005) at Crystal Oaks Skilled Nursing Center in Crystal City.

She was born October 4^th, 1913 in Crystal City, the daughter of George and Illma (Baumstark) Huck. They preceded her in death.

She married Harold Bequette. He also preceded her in death.

Survivors include a son, George Bequette of Herculaneum; a daughter, Illma Mack of Crystal City; six grandchildren, Michael, Thomas and David Mack, Jay, Missy and Chris Bequette; eight great grandchildren, Ryan and Dan Guffy, Amanda Jones, Andrew Mack, Jake, Sam, Joe and Luke Bequette.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Cletus Huck and Linus "Bud" Huck.

She was a secretary with Liguori Publications.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Church of Crystal City, was a CYC Sponsor and Church Reader. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Church Ladies’ Sodality, Daughters Of Isabella, Jefferson Memorial Hospital Auxiliary and the Altar Society.

Visitation is from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at the Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.

Funeral Mass for 92-year-old Georgia "Sis" Bequette of Crystal City will be held at noon Friday, December 30^th, 2005 at the Sacred Heart Church in Crystal City. The Rev. Peter Blake will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Valle Springs Cemetery in Ste. Genevieve.
