A funeral will be held Tuesday, September 21st, 2004 for 85-year-old Ursula T. Gegg of Ste. Genevieve who died Saturday, September 18th at Riverview at the Park in Ste. Genevieve.

She was born June 23, 1919 in Ste. Genevieve, the daughter of Andrew Basler and Theresa (Ringwald) Basler, who both preceded her in death.

She married Erwin E. Gegg on June 1st, 1943 in Ste. Genevieve. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include: two daughters and one son in law, Mary Elizabeth and Cecil Boyer of Ste. Genevieve and Geri Ann Hundley of Booneville; two sisters and one brother in law, Elizabeth Kertz of Paducah, Kentucky and Mary Ann and Elmer Hermann of Ste. Genevieve; two grandchildren and their spouses, Kathy and Billie Baker of Kansas City and Kevin and Kelly Boyer of De Soto and one grandchild, Karissa Hundley of Booneville and two great grandchildren, MaKayla Hundley and Benjamin Boyer.

A grandchild, Kristina Hundley, also preceded her in death.

She was the dietetic supervisor at Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital for over 25 years until her retirement.

Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. this (Monday) afternoon and evening at the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.

A funeral for 85-year-old Ursula T. Gegg of Ste. Genevieve will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 21st at the Church of Ste. Genevieve. Burial will be in the Valle Spring Cemetery. The Rev. Daniel Mosley will officiate.
