Mamie M. Aubuchon

A funeral will be held Thursday, May 6th, 2004 for 84-year-old Mamie M. Aubuchon of Bloomsdale who died Monday, May 3rd at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born November 22nd, 1919 in Ste. Genevieve County, the daughter of James and Annie (Akins) Carron who both preceded her in death.

She married Henry Aubuchon. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include: a daughter and son in law, Betty and Floyd Weber of Cape Girardeau; four grandchildren and their spouses, Jill and Joshua Rayburn of Murphysboro, Illinois; Nathan Weber of Mobile, Alabama; Craig and Anita Carron of Frohna; and Carla and Tim Naeger of Ste. Genevieve; four great grandchildren, Nicole, Jared and Tiffany Naeger and Kennedy Rayburn; a brother, Howard Carron of Salt Lake City, Utah; a sister, Lillie Hill of Bloomsdale; nieces; nephews; cousins and friends.

A son, Melvin Aubuchon, and three brothers, Francis, Archie and Raymond Carron, also preceded her in death.

She was the property custodian for Albert Menefee Jr. and was employed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, reporting the Mississippi River state daily.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. this (Wednesday, May 5th) evening at the Wood Family Funeral Home, 223 Market Street, Ste. Genevieve.

A funeral for 84-year-old Mamie m. Aubuchon of Bloomsdale will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 6th at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Second and Market Streets, Ste. Genevieve with the Rev. Lawrence Bradt officiating. Burial will be in the Charter Memorial Gardens in Jefferson County.
