Doris Louise (Yallaly) Holliday

A funeral will be held Saturday, July 24th, 2004 for 79-year-old Doris Louise (Yallaly) Holliday of Ste. Genevieve, formerly of Ozora, who died Wednesday, July 21st in St. Louis.

She was born February 15, 1925 in Perry County, the daughter of Kenrick and Mary (Huber) Yallaly, who both preceded her in death.

She married Clarence E. Holliday. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include: one son, Jerry Holliday of Ste. Genevieve; two daughters and one son in law, Bonnie Altman of Florissant and Vicki and Ken Burrows of Bellefountaine Neighbors; four sisters and one brother in law, Kathleen Thieret of St. Louis, Helen Oliver of California, Joyce and Pat Conway of Ste. Genevieve and Grace Huff of St. Louis; one brother and sister in law, Harold and Mela Yallaly of California; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild; nephews; cousins and dear friends.

A son, Darryl Holliday, one sister and one brother, also preceded her in death.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Friday, July 23rd at the Wood Family Funeral Home, 223 Market Street, Ste. Genevieve.

A funeral mass for Doris Louise (Yallaly) Holliday of Ste. Genevieve, formerly of Ozora, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 24th at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Ozora with the Rev. James Schaefer officiating. Burial will be in the Crestlawn Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Valle Schools in Ste. Genevieve.
