A memorial service will be held Tuesday, January 6th, 2004 for 97-year-old Viola A. (Dietrich) Bednall of Manchester.

She was born May 6, 1906 in Woodhaven, New York, the daughter of the late John Daniel and Louise Mary (Ryan) Dietrich.

She married John Joseph Dietrich in 1934. He preceded her in death.

One daughter, Constance Bednall McAvoy, survives in Manchester.

Two grandsons survive, Carl Dietrich Kinsky of Lawrenceton and Curt Bednall Kinsky of London, England.

A sister, Gladys V. Dietrich, preceded her in death.

She was an active gardener and active in her church. She was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Church in West Hemstead, New York.

Memorial service for Viola A. (Dietrich) Bednall will be held Tuesday, January 6th, 2004 at 5 p.m. at the Basler Funeral Home. The Rev. Daniel Mosley will officiate.
