A funeral will be held Monday, January 19th, 2004 for 55-year-old Ivan C. Grass of Ste. Genevieve who died today, January 16th, at his residence.

He was born October 18th, 1948 in Ste. Genevieve, the son of Louis "Tutor" Grass, who preceded him in death, and Rita (Thompson) Grass, who survives in Ste. Genevieve.

He married Norma J. Macklin-Willett on June 2nd, 1979. She survives in Ste. Genevieve.

Survivors also include: two step children and their spouses, Leroy and Shari Willett and Tammy and Ray Scherer, all of Ste. Genevieve; a sister and brother in law, Darline and Robert J. Klein of Ste. Genevieve and seven step grandchildren.

He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council No. 1037, VFW Post No. 2210, American Legion Post No. 150, Eagles Aerie No. 4336, Elks Lodge No. 2674 and the Jaycees, all in Ste. Genevieve.

Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Sunday, January 18th, 2004 at the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.

A funeral for 55-year-old Ivan C. Grass of Ste. Genevieve will be held Monday, January 19th at 10 a.m. at the Church of Ste. Genevieve. Burial will be in the Crestlawn Cemetery.
