Funeral service will be held Monday, Jan. 19, 2004 for 78-year-old Edward F. Finley of Bloomsdale who died Friday, Jan. 16 in Crystal City.

He was born on Nov. 14, 1925 in Bourbon, Mo., the son of the late William and Percy (Warren) Finley.

He was married to Joan (Philippi) Finley. She preceded him in death on Dec. 26, 1990.

One son, four daughters and sons-in-law survive: Edward Finley II of Bloomsdale; Debrah and John Colvin of Bloomsdale; Sherie Marqua of Ste. Genevieve; Judy and Terry Edwards of Bloomsdale; and Barbara Finley of Bloomsdale.

Twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren also survive.

A daughter, Connie Finley; and a sister, Margaret Riley, preceded him in death.

Visitation will be Sunday, Jan. 18 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the Basler Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Edward F. Finley will be held Monday, Jan. 19, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at the Basler Funeral Home. Rev. Robert Winters will officiate. Burial will be in the Crestlawn Cemetery.
