A funeral will be held Thursday, February 12th, 2004 for 82-year-old Victoria T. Donze of Weingarten who died today, Tuesday, February 10th, at Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital.

She was born December 15th, 1921 in Zell, the daughter of Michael Naeger and Caroline (Huck) Naeger, who both preceded her in death.

She married Anthony J. Donze on June 16th, 1942 in Zell. He preceded her in death.

She was a member of the Sodality of Mary in Ste. Genevieve, the Golden Age Club, Begin Again (A Program for the Widowed) in Ste. Genevieve and the Rosary Sodality in Weingarten.

Survivors include: two sons and daughters in law, John and Judy Donze of Weingarten and Thomas and Kathy Donze of Farmington; five daughters and sons in law, Carol and Donald Huck, Pauline and Gerald Meyer, Arlene and Jim Heil, Mary Jane and Robert Irlbeck all of Weingarten and Christine and Tony Siebert of Ste. Genevieve; one brother and sister in law, Arthur and Lillian Naeger of St. Louis; two sisters, Sister Cordula Naeger of Ruma, Illinois and Ida Fagan of St. Louis; two sisters in law, Hilda Naeger of Ste. Genevieve and Mildred Naeger of St. Louis; 23 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

Three brothers, Edgar Naeger, Fred Naeger and Emil Naeger; two sisters, Cordula Huck and Marie Miller; and a grandson, Brandon Irlbeck, also preceded her in death.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, February 11th, at the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.

A funeral for 82-year-old Victoria T. Donze of Weingarten will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, February 12th at Our Lady, Help of Christians, Catholic Church in Weingarten. Burial will be at the church cemetery. The Rev. John Suren will officiate.

Memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 200 South Hanley Road, St. Louis or to the American Heart Association.
