Charles F. Brawley

Funeral service will be held Thursday, Feb. 12, 2004 for 73-year-old Charles F. Brawley of Bismarck, formerly of Weingarten who died Monday, Feb. 9 at Hillcrest Care Center in DeSoto.

He was born on Feb. 20, 1930 in Redford, Mo., the daughter of Chrisro and Ethel (Johnson) Brawley.

Three daughters and sons-in-law survive: Bertie Virginia and Larry Watson of Park Hills; Rosemary Helen and Gary Presley of Hillsboro; and Brenda Kay and Bill Tripp of Bunker, Mo.

One sister, Maxine Hedrick, survives in St. Louis.

Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Two sons, Harold Lee Brawley and Charles L. Brawley; two brothers, Alfus Brawley, Les Johnson, Johnnie Brawley and Donnie Brawley; and three sisters, Mae Johnson, Vernell Brawley and Omega Coke, preceded him in death.

Visitation will be Wednesday, Feb. 11 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the Basler Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Charles F. Brawley will be held Thursday, Feb. 12, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. at the Basler Funeral Home. Rev. Irvin Brooks will officiate. Burial will be in the Walker Branch Cemetery in Lestervlle.
