A funeral will be held Friday, December 3rd, 2004 for 94-year-old Irene K. Gidley of Ste. Genevieve, formerly of Lawrenceton, who died Tuesday, November 30th at her residence.

She was born February 6th, 1910 in Lawrenceton, the daughter of Charles and Josephine (Spraul) Gidley, who both preceded her in death.

Survivors include two nieces, Betty Ann Moellenberg of Affton and Rosemary McClelland of St. Peters; two nephews, Paul Oldenburg of Affton and Leroy Gidley of Ste. Genevieve.

Three brothers, Martin, William and Bernard Gidley; a sister, Christine Oldenburg and a niece, Dorothy Ferrone, also preceded her in death.

Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. this (Thursday, December 2nd) afternoon and evening at the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.

A funeral for 94-year-old Irene K. Gidley of Ste. Genevieve, formerly of Lawrenceton, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, December 3rd at the St. Lawrence Church in Lawrenceton. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The Rev. Raymond Oge will officiate.
