A funeral will be held Wednesday, October 22nd, 2003 for 70-year-old Arthur Ray Bullard of Ste. Genevieve who died Sunday, October 19th at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Crystal City.

He was born August 27th, 1933 in Iron Mountain, Michigan, the son of William and Rachelle (Seelund) Bullard, who both preceded him in death.

He married Kathleen Owens on April 28th, 1957.

Survivors include: three daughters and two sons in law, Julie and Doug Broderick of Imperial, Cecilia Schwartz of Valley Park and Vion and Derek Evans of St. Louis; two brothers and one sister in law, Troy and Jeanne Bullard of Mascoutah, Illinois and William "Jack" Bullard of Ste. Genevieve; four sisters and three brothers in law, Rosanne and Wayne Hutson of Ste. Genevieve, Esther and Clarence Roth of Ste. Genevieve, Bonita and Bob Rehm of Ste. Genevieve and Patty Bullard of Ste. Genevieve; and six grandchildren.

He was a member of the Saline Lodge AF and AM No. 226.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, October 21st at the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.

A funeral for 70-year-old Arthur Ray Bullard of Ste. Genevieve will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 22nd at the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve. Burial will be at the Valle Spring Cemetery. The Rev. Dennis Heck will officiate.

Memorials may be made to Shriner's Childrens' Hospital.
