Bernetta M. Bader A funeral will be held Friday, July 18th, 2003 for 93-year-old Bernetta M. Bader of Ste. Genevieve who died Monday, July 14th at Riverview Manor Nursing Home. She was born June 22, 1910 in Ste. Genevieve, the daughter of Joseph Bader and Eva L. Meyers, who both preceded her in death. Survivors include two nephews, Jim Obermiller and Rodney Obermiller; one niece, Judy McMillen; and a sister, Beulah Marian Obermiller. She was a retired after teaching elementary school for 46 years. She taught at the Lime Kiln School, St. Mary Public School and the Ste. Genevieve R-II School District. She retired from teaching in May 1976. She was a former member of the Ste. Genevieve Area Chamber of Commerce, Ste. Genevieve Woman's Club and Foundation for Restoration of Ste. Genevieve. Visitation will be 5-8 this (Thursday, July 17th) evening at the Wood Family Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve. The Ladies of Sodality will meet at 6 p.m. to say the rosary. A funeral for 93-year-old Bernetta M. Bader of Ste. Genevieve will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 18th at the Church of Ste. Genevieve. The Ladies of Sodality will attend mass as a group. Burial will be in the Valle Spring Cemetery. The Rev. Ray Hager will officiate. |
