Larry James Forhan Funeral service was held Monday, Feb. 17, 2003 for 57-year-old Larry James Forhan of Scott City who died Friday, Feb. 14 at his residence. He was born on Dec. 16, 1945 in Bklytheville, Ark., the son of the late Carl Emmitt Forhan, and Bonnie Beatrice Hudson, who survives in Scott City. He was married to Mary Carolyn Arnold. She preceded him in death. Three sons survive, Carl Forhan of Rochester, MN; Eric Forhan of Scott City; and Patrick Forhan of Bloomsdale, MO. Two grandchildren also survive. Mr. Forhan served as mayor of Scott City from 1992 to 1996. Funeral service were held Monday, Feb. 17, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City. Rev. Rennie Phillips officiated. Burial was in the Lightner Memorial Cemetery in Scott City.
