A funeral will be held Monday, December 22nd, 2003 for 70-year-old Helen G. Armbruster of St. Mary who died Friday, December 19th at her home.

She was born March 16th, 1933 in Ste. Genevieve, the daughter of Gerald and Myrtle (Lunsford) Operle who both preceded her in death.

She married Vincent J. Armbruster on February 9th, 1952.

Survivors include two sons and daughters in law, Gary and Jean Armbruster of St. Mary and Mark and Debbie Armbruster of Kaskaskia, Illinois; one daughter and son in law, Sandy and Daniel Roth of Kaskaskia, Illinois; two brothers and one sister in law, Gerald "Mouse" Oberle of Ste. Genevieve and John and Betty Oberle of Ste. Genevieve; two sisters and brothers in law, Doris and Wibby Grass of St. Louis and Barb and Gary Rhinehart of Springfield, Illinois; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

A sister, Alice Sulser, also preceded her in death.

Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Sunday, December 21st at the Basler Funeral Home in St. Mary.

A funeral for 70-year-old Helen G. Armbruster of St. Mary will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, December 22nd at the Immaculate Conception Church in St. Mary. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The Rev. Richard Kasznel will officiate.
