He was born on August 12, 1961 in New Offenburg, MO, the son of Edgar and Margaret (Roth) Bieser. Survivors include his wife Denise Bieser of Ste. Genevieve, MO. Two children, Amy Bieser and A.J. Bieser both of Ste. Genevieve, MO. Three sisters, Irene Kraisser of Iowa, Roseanne Anthonopoulas of Arnold, MO and Mary Bieser of House Springs, MO. One brother, John Bieser of New Offenburg, MO.
