A funeral was held Monday, November 25th, 2002 for 85-year-old Francis D. Carron of Bloomsdale who died Friday, November 22nd at his residence.

He was born Saturday, August 11th, 1917 in Brickeys, the son of James Carron and Anna (Akins) Carron who both preceded him in death.

He married Elsie Bieller on May 3rd, 1941 in Kinsey. She survives in Bloomsdale.

He is also survived by a brother, Howard Carron of the state of Utah, and two sisters, Mamie Aubuchon and Lillie Hill, both of Bloomsdale.

He is also survived by two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

A sister in law, Mary Carron of the state of Illinois, also survives.

He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Archie and Raymond Carron.

He was a member of the Teamsters Local No. 600.

A funeral for 85-year-old Francis D. Carron of Bloomsdale was held at 10 a.m. Monday, November 25th at the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve. Burial was at Concord Cemetery in Bloomsdale. The Rev. Jeff Fleeman officiated.
