A funeral was held Monday, March 11th, 2002 for 95-year-old Esther H. Bonney of Ste. Genevieve, who died Friday, March 8th at Riverview Manor Nursing Home.

She was born February 22nd, 1907 in Mound City, IL, the daughter of Everett and Anna Barth Jones. They both preceded her in death.

She married James Calvin Ford. She then married George Bonney. They also preceded her in death.

She is survived by three sons: James K. Ford of Bloomsdale, Calvin Ford of Bloomsdale and Larry Ford. Six daughters survive: Martha Hardesty of Mexico, MO, Dorothy Oliver of Sikeston, Margaret Noll of Bloomsdale, Jo Nell Neely of Berkley, MO, Brenda Boatright of Ironton and Wanda Heatherly of Houston, TX.

Also surviving are a sister, Virginia Johnson, 32 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by two sons, Roy and Robert Ford; a daughter, Mary Ann Ford and a brother, Harold Jones.

A funeral for 95-year-old Esther H. Bonney of Ste. Genevieve was held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 11th at Basler Funeral Home. Burial was at Concord Cemetery in Bloomsdale.
