A funeral will be held Friday, July 12th, 2002 for 89-year-old Philomena (Grass) Gremminger of Sainte Genevieve who died Tuesday, July 9th at the Riverview Manor Nursing Home in Sainte Genevieve.

She was born Wednesday, July 9th, 1913 in Zell, the daughter of Frank and Mary (Bahr) Grass who both preceded her in death.

She married Joseph W. Gremminger on November 14th, 1932. He preceded her in death.

She is survived by three daughters, Roscella Naeger and Rosalie Brumfield, both of Ste. Genevieve and Lucille Giesler of Perryville.

She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Amelia Basler and Odile Basler and by a brother, Raymond Grass.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday, July 11th at the Basler Funeral Home.

A funeral for Philomena J. (Grass) Gremminger of Sainte Genevieve will be held Friday, July 12th at 10 a.m. at the Church of Ste. Genevieve. Burial will be in the Valle Spring Cemetery. The Rev. John Deken will officiate.
