Georgia Lee Adams Funeral service will be held Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2001 for 66-year-old Georgia Lee Adams of Coffman who died Sunday, Dec. 30 at Riverview Manor Nursing Home. She was born on Feb. 25, 1935, the daughter of the Glenna (Bloom) Miller and the late Charles "Harry" Miller. She is survived by her husband John "Joe" Adams, and by three daughters, Brenda Preston of St. Mary; Linda Boyer of Ste. Genevieve; and Vicki Wade of Farmington; and by four sons, Neal Adams, John Adams, both of Ste. Genevieve, and Milton Adams, and Burton Adams, both of Farmington. One sister and four brothers survive, Connie Watkins of Knob Lick; Dale Miller of Florida; Gary Miller of Caledonia; Allen Ray of Ste. Genevieve; and Richard Miller of St. Louis. Seventeen grandchildren, four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends survive. Visitation will be Tuesday, Jan. 1 at 5 p.m. at the Cozean Funeral Home. Funeral service for Georgia Lee Adams will be Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2001 at 10 a.m. at the Cozean Memorial Chapel. Rev. Paul Emily will officiate. Burial will be in the Minnith Cemetery in Ste. Genevieve. Memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society, Hospice Care or to the family.
