Funeral service will be held Monday, April 8, 2002 for 77-year-old Elsie M. Hermann of Ozora, who died on Wednesday, April 3 at Riverview Manor Nursing Home in Ste. Genevieve.

She was born on October 4, 1924 in Ste. Genevieve, the daughter of Henery Goss and Mary T. (Joggerst) Goss.  They both preceded her in death.

She married Oliver J. Hermann on June 4, 1947 in the Church of Ste. Genevieve.  He survives.

The following children survive Ronald "Gus" Hermann of Ozora, Kenny Hermann of Effingham, IL, Bobby Hermann of Imperial, Allen Hermann of Ozora, Wayne Hermann of Imperial, Pat Kirchner of Ozora and Janette Bohnert  of Perryville.

A sister, Henrietta Nudeck of Manchester also survives.

Also surviving are 15 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

A sister, Loretta Theresa Goss and a grandchild also preceded her in death.

She worked at the Family Inn Restaurant and was a Eucharistic Minister.

Visitation will be Sunday, April 7 from 3-8 p.m. at the Basler Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Elsie M. Hermann will be at 10 a.m. Monday, April 8 at Sacred Heart Church.  Burial will be at the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Ozora with Reverend James Schaefer officiating.
