A funeral will be held Tuesday, November 27th, 2001 for 30-year-old Terry Michael Ely II of Ste. Genevieve, who died Saturday, November 24th in Washington County.

He was born June 15th, 1971 in Farmington, the son of Renee Pritchett of Farmington and Terry Ely of Dittmer.

He is also survived by his stepfather Mike Pritchett of Farmington and his step mother Diane Ely of Dittmer.

He is also survived by his girlfriend, Tammy Stark of Ste. Genevieve.

Two sons survive: Dane Ely and Dustin Ely, both of Perryville.

He is also survived by two brothers: Jason Ely and Daniel Chapman, both of Farmington.

His grandfather, Everett Hampton of Farmington, also survives.

Two stepsisters, three stepbrothers, several aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends also survive him.

Visitation will be after 5 p.m. today (Monday, November 26th) at the Cozean Funeral Home in Farmington.

A funeral for 30-year-old Terry Michael Ely II of Ste. Genevieve will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 27th at the Cozean Memorial Chapel in Farmington. Burial will be in the Doe Run Memorial Cemetery. The Revs. Haven Betts and David Bates will officiate.
