A funeral will be held Friday, January 5th, 2001 for 80-year-old Ida E. Hahn of River aux Vases who died today (January 3rd, 2001) at Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital.

She was born March 13th, 1920 in Ste. Genevieve County, the daughter of Eddie J. Staffen and Rosa K. Staffen who preceded in death.

She married Manuel J. Hahn on May 17th, 1941. He preceded in death.

She is survived by three sons and daughters in law: Cletus and Mary, David and Vickie and Lloyd and Ann, all of River aux Vases.

One daughter and son in law survives: Doris and Henry Sellers of Minnith.

Two brothers survive: Albert Staffen of River aux Vases and Bill Staffen of Perryville.

Three sisters and one brother in law survive: Edna Hahn of Coffman, Katherine and Ralph Kennon of Farmington and Eleanora Porter of River aux Vases.

She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by a son and two brothers.

She was a housewife and member of the St. Catherine Church and Ladies Sodality in Coffman.

Visitation will be after 2 p.m. Thursday, January 4th, at the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.

A funeral for 80-year-old Ida E. Hahn of River aux Vases will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, January 5th at St. Catherine Church in Coffman. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The Rev. Joseph Reilly will officiate.
