A funeral will be held Friday, January 26th, 2001 for 80-year-old Arthur F. Adams, formerly of River aux Vases who died Tuesday, January 23rd at the Holland Nursing Center in Springdale, Arkansas.

He was born October 12th, 1920 in St. Louis, the son of Charles Adams and Lida Farrar.

He married Roberta E. Adams. She preceded in death.

A grandson, Chris Adams, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, survives him.

One son also preceded him in death.

He was a carpenter and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 25th, after 5 p.m. at the Basler Funeral Home.

A funeral for 80-year-old Arthur F. Adams, formerly of River aux Vases will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, January 26th at the Saints Phillip and James Church in River aux Vases. The Rev. Joseph Reilly will officiate.

Private graveside services will be held at Calvary Cemetery in St. Louis.
