James M. Bainter A funeral will be held Saturday, January 20th, 2001 for 77-year-old James A. Bainter of Bloomsdale who died Thursday, January 18th at Ste. Genevieve Care Center. He was born April 12th, 1923 in St. Louis, the son of Clarence Bainter and Rose Sourwein who both preceded in death. He married Mary A. Bainter. She preceded in death. Two sons, Clarence Bainter of Bloomsdale and Robert Bainter of Collinsville, Illinois, survive him. Two daughters and one son in law also survive him: Barbara and Clyde Harding of Park Hills and Rose Rueth of Sefner, Florida. Two brothers survive: Clarence Bainter of Cahokia, Illinois and Kenneth Bainter of Sparta, Wisconsin. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. A son, two brothers and a sister also preceded him in death. He was a mechanic. Visitation will be after 5 p.m. this (Friday, January 19th) evening at the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve. A funeral for 77-year-old James M. Bainter of Bloomsdale will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 20th at the Basler Funeral Home Chapel in Ste. Genevieve. Burial will be in the Concord Cemetery in Bloomsdale.
