A funeral will be held Monday, January 15th, 2001 for 94-year-old Charles R. "Carl" Braun of Ozora, who died Thursday, January 11th at Riverview Manor Nursing Home.

He was born April 18th, 1906 in St. Mary, the son of Andrew Braun and Bridget Roth who both preceded in death.

He married Margaret A. Wolf on September 17th, 1933 in St. Mary. She preceded in death.

He is survived by a daughter and son in law, Lucille and Clarence Otte of Ozora.

He was also preceded in death by a son, a brother, and five sisters.

He was a farmer and attended Sacred Heart Church in Ozora.

Visitation will be after 3 p.m. Sunday, January 14th at the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.

A funeral for 94-year-old Charles R. Braun of Ozora will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, January 15th at the Sacred Heart Church in Ozora. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The Rev. James Schaefer will officiate.
