Funeral service will be held Saturday, Dec. 22, 2001 for 84-year-old William C. Hoffman who died Wednesday, Dec. 19 at Life Care Center of St. Louis.

He was born on Oct. 31, 1917 in Ste. Genevieve, the son of the late Charles and Rosa U. (Basler) Hoffman.

One son, William C. Hoffman, Jr., and one sister, Rosemary Figge, both of Ste. Genevieve, survive him.

Also surviving are three grandchildren, Nickole Forget of St. Louis; Abbie Hoffman of St. Louis; and Matthew Hoffman of Ste. Genevieve.

Step grandchildren surviving are Wayne Fallert Jr. of Arnold; Kelly Madden of Fenton; Kimberly Fallert of Ste. Genevieve and Jonathan Fallert of Ste. Genevieve.

He was preceded in death by a former daughter-in-law, Diann Hoffman.

He was a member of VFW Post 2210.

Visitation will be Friday, Dec. 21 at 3 p.m. at Basler Funeral Home. The VFW will meet at 7 p.m.
