A private funeral service will be held for 58-year-old William D. Finley who died at his residence in Silex, Mo.

He was born on May 7, 1942 in St. Louis, the son of Lillian Finley who survives in Ste. Genevieve and the late Norman R. Finley.

Two brothers survive, Norman Finley of St. Mary and Tom Finley of Troy.

One brother, Larry Allen Finley, preceded him in death.

He served in the Army.
