A funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 24^th, for 85-year-old Lucille Basler of Ste. Genevieve who died Sunday at Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital.

She was born Marie Lucille Seitz on March 1st, 1915, the daughter of Henry G. Seitz and Marie L. McBride. They preceded in death.

She married John "Jack" Basler on September 25th, 1937. He preceded in death.

She is survived by six children: John "Jack" Basler Jr., James R. Basler, Dr. Joseph Basler, Marie L. Basler, Barbara A. Basler, and Kathleen "Kitty" M. Palmer.

She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.

A funeral service for Lucille Basler will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Church of Ste. Genevieve. Burial will be in the Valle Springs Catholic cemetery.
