A funeral will be held Wednesday, May 31st for 82-year-old Sarah E. "Sadie" Govro of Ste. Genevieve who died Sunday, May 28th at the South Pointe Hospital in St. Louis.

She was born July 8th, 1917 in Minnith, the daughter of Benjamin Holliday and Minnie Robertson who both preceded in death.

She married Edgar Govro on August 18th, 1934 in Ste. Genevieve. He preceded in death.

Her son, Eddie L. and his wife, Jean Govro, of Ste. Genevieve, survive her.

Two grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive.

She is also survived by these brothers and sisters: Elive Adams and Anna Engholm, both of St. Louis; Berniece Steagall of St. Mary; and Bernetta Dehart of Imperial.

One brother and one sister also preceded in death.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 30th from 4-8 p.m. at Stanton Wood Mortuary in Ste. Genevieve.

A funeral for 83-year-old Sarah E. "Sadie" Govro of Ste. Genevieve will be held Wednesday, May 31st at 10 a.m. at the Stanton Wood Mortuary in Ste. Genevieve. Burial will be in the Valle Spring Catholic Cemetery. Deacon George Wood will officiate.
