A funeral will be held Tuesday, March 28th, for 84-year-old Thelma T. Hermann of Ste. Genevieve, who died Saturday, March 25th at Riverview Manor Nursing Home in Ste. Genevieve.

She was born January 30th, 1916 in Ste. Genevieve, the daughter of Francis L. Jokerst and Mary Schaub who both preceded in death.

She married Edgar A. Hermann on June 7th, 1938. He preceded in death.

She is survived by the following children: Carol Reinhardt of Creve Coeur; Jane, Mrs. Joseph Schmelzle of Arnold; Linus "Tony" Herman and his wife Janet of Arnold; Bernard Herman and his wife Michele of Washington; Neil Hermann of Cape Girardeau; Ruth, Mrs. Gary Urbantke of Henderson, Nevada; Mary, Mrs. Norman Reed of Latrobe, Pennsylvania; Geri Hermann of Festus and Mark Hermann and his wife Karen of Manchester.

She is also survived by one brother: Oliver Jokerst of Ste. Genevieve and two sisters: Bernice, Mrs. Gus Koller of Ste. Genevieve and Loretta, Mrs. Russell Brace of Ste. Genevieve.

She is also survived by 32 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by two great grandchildren.

She was a member of the Sodality of Mary and Western Catholic Union.

Visitation will be this (Monday, March 27th) evening from 4-8 p.m. at Stanton Wood Mortuary in Ste. Genevieve.

The Sodality of Mary will say the rosary at 4:30 p.m.

A funeral mass for 84-year-old Thelma T. Hermann of Ste. Genevieve, will be held Tuesday, March 28th at 10 a.m. at the Ste. Genevieve Catholic Church. The Sodality of Mary will attend mass as a body. Burial will be in the Valle Springs Catholic Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to masses and to family wishes.
