A funeral will be held Thursday, July 20th, for 89-year-old Elvina M. Kreitler of Ste. Genevieve who died Monday, July 17th at the Ste. Genevieve Care Center.

She was born June 8th, 1911 in Ste. Genevieve, the daughter of John Geiler and Catherine Valle who both preceded in death.

She married Andrew F. Kreitler on September 21st, 1931. He preceded in death.

She is survived by a son: Leroy and his wife Wanda Kreitler; and two daughters: Mary Ann, Mrs. Robert Heinritz of Ste. Genevieve and Gloria, Mrs. Raymond Simms of French Village.

Four sisters also survive her: Agnes Ritter and Leona Roth, both of Ste. Genevieve; Laura Schilli of St. Louis and Anna Schweiss of Perryville.

She was a housewife.

Six grandchildren and three great grandchildren also survive her.

Three brothers and a sister also preceded her in death.

She attended the Church of Ste. Genevieve.

Visitation will be Wednesday, July 19th after 4 p.m. at the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.

A funeral for 89-year-old Elvina M. Kreitler of Ste. Genevieve will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 20th at the Church of Ste. Genevieve.

Burial will be in the Valle Spring Cemetery in Ste. Genevieve.

The Rev. Matthew Mitas will officiate.
