Francis L. Bahr

Funeral service will be held Saturday, Jan. 22, 2000 for 79-year-old Francis L. Bahr of Ste. Genevieve who died Jan. 19, 2000 at Ste. Genevieve Care Center.

He was born on Jan. 17, 1921 in Ozora, the son of Andrew and Catherine (Viox) Bahr.

He was married to Dora A. Huber. She survives.

Children surviving are Gary Bahr of Bloomsdale; Mike Bahr of Paducah; Jayne Hardy of Bloomsdale; and Mary Kay Wyatt of Galesburg, Ill.

Six grandchildren and one great-grandchild survive.

One son, Roger Bahr, and two brothers, Benjamin and Raymond, preceded him in death.

Visitation will be Friday after 4 p.m. at the Basler Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Francis L. Bahr will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at Church of Ste. Genevieve. Rev. John Deken will officiate.

Burial will be in the Valle Spring Cemetery.

Memorial preference is to Valle Spring Cemetery Fund; Valle Schools Foundation; or Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital Oncology Construction Fund.
