Funeral service will be held Thursday, Dec. 21, 2000 for 72-year-old Robert J. Brockman who died Tuesday, Dec. 19 at Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital.

He was born on Aug. 3, 1928 in St. Mary, the son of the late Samuel and Jewel (Barnett) Brockman.

Children surviving are Gregory Brockman of Fenton; Samuel Brockman of St. Mary; Rebecca Brockman of St. Louis; and Stephanie Meyerhofer of St. Louis.

Also surviving are grandchildren Jennifer, Mrs. Paul Haley, Katherine Brockman and Heather Brockman, and great-grandchild Julianne Haley, all of St. Louis.

One brother and three sisters survive, John Brockman of Biluxi, Miss.; Betty Clark of DeSoto; Virginia McCracken of Wheaton; and Evelyn Patterson of Imperial.

One son, Stephan Brockman, preceded him in death.

Visitation will be after 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 20 at the Basler Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Robert J. Brockman will be held Thursday, Dec. 21, 2000 at 11 a.m. at the Basler Funeral Home. Rev. Richard Kasznel will officiate. Burial in St. Marys Cemetery in St. Mary, Mo.

In lieu of flowers, donations make be sent to Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital.
