A funeral will be held Thursday, August 3rd for 90-year-old Edna J. Douglas of Ste. Genevieve who died Monday, July 31st, at Riverview Manor Nursing Home.

She was born July 7th, 1910 in Ste. Genevieve, the daughter of Louis Leaf and Agusta Boyce who preceded in death.

She married Francis T. Douglas on November 11th, 1935. He preceded in death.

She is survived by one son: Paul, and his wife Leola, Douglas and one daughter: Mary Ellen Jokerst, both of Ste. Genevieve.

Fifteen grandchildren also survive her.

Two sisters also preceded her in death.

She attended the Church of Ste. Genevieve.

She was a charter member of the Woman's Club, was a member of the first graduating class at Valle Catholic High School in 1928 and worked at Rozier's for 15 years.

Visitation will be Wednesday, August 2nd after 4 p.m. at the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.

A funeral for 90-year-old Edna J. Douglas of Ste. Genevieve will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, August 3rd at the Church of Ste. Genevieve. Burial will be in the Valle Spring Cemetery. The Rev. John Deken will officiate.

Memorials may be made to the Valle School or to the Oncology Construction Fund.
