Olive A. Huck

A funeral will be held Saturday, September 11th for 89-year-old Olive A. Huck, formerly of Ste. Genevieve, who died today (Thursday, September 9th) at the Lutheran Home of Cape Girardeau.

She was born October 26th, 1909 in Ste. Genevieve, the daughter of Andrew L. Melcher and Agnes (Hoog) Melcher, who both preceded in death.

She married Raymond J. Huck on November 18th, 1937 in Ste. Genevieve. He preceded in death.

She is survived by a daughter: Sheryl, Mrs. James L., Thurman of Cape Girardeau and by a sister: Alma Greminger of Springfield.

She is also survived by four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

She was a cashier and a member of the Church of Ste. Genevieve. She was also a charter member of the Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.

Visitation will be after 9 a.m. Saturday at the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.

A funeral for 89-year-old Olive A. Huck, formerly of Ste. Genevieve, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Church of Ste. Genevieve. Burial will be in the Valle Spring Cemetery.
