Nina Lalumondier

A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 4, 1999, for 95-year-old Nina Lalumondier, of Festus, formerly of Kaskaskia, who died Tuesday.

Born on October 23, 1903 in Kaskaskia, the daughter of Allen and Emma (Clark) Lankford.

She is survived by one brother; Norvel Lankford of St. Louis, and two sisters; Mae Hennerich of Festus, and Bertha Imboden of St. Louis. One niece, five grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Fred, two sons, six brothers, and one sister.

She was a member of the Royal Neighbors of America.

Visitation will be at the Basler Funeral Home on Sunday, from 1 - 8 pm. A funeral service for Nina Lalumondier of Festus, formerly of Kaskaskia, will be on Monday at 11 am, at the Immaculate Conception Church, in Kaskaskia. The Rev. Richard Kaeznel will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
