Funeral services will be held Thursday, for 74 year - old Jessie Dallas, of Ste. Genevieve, who died today. (Tuesday)

Born on February 10, 1925 in St. Mary, she was the daughter of Hugh and Jessie (Main) Wood. She married Harvey Dallas in 1946 in Ste. Genevieve, and he preceded in death in 1987.

Survivors include two sons; Michael of Minnith, and David of Ste. Genevieve, and one daughter; Gloria "Jeannie" Basler of Ste. Genevieve. Also two sisters survive, Elsie and Hazel Wilson of Ste. Genevieve. Seventeen grand children and seven great - great grand children also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, one sister, and two brothers.

She was a member of the Church of Ste. Genevieve, and the V.F.W. Auxiliary of Ste. Genevieve.

Friends may call at Basler Funeral Home, on Wednesday, beginning at 4 pm. Funeral services for Jessie Dallas will be on Thursday at 10am, at the Church of Ste. Genevieve. It will be officiated by the Reverend John Patrick Day and burial will be in the Valle Spring Cemetery.
