Lora Jordan

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 11th, 1999 for Lora Jordan of Perryville who died Sunday, May 9th, at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Perryville.

She was born August 28th, 1907 in Marquand, the daughter of John Henry and Shaby (Moore) Myers.

She married Daniel W. Jordan on July 30th, 1925. He preceded in death.

She is survived by three sons: Jesse Jordan of Iron Mountain, Donald "Gene" Jordan of Perryville and William Jordan of Overland.

One daughter also survives: Lois Lane of O'Fallon.

She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

One son, four brothers and three sisters also preceded in death.

Visitation today (Monday) from 4-9 p.m. at Young and Sons Chapel in Perryville.

A funeral service for Lora Jordan of Perryville will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Young and Sons Chapel. The Rev. Jonathon Brown will officiate. Burial in the Whitner Cemetery in Marquand.
